Any items that are discounted/on sale can only be exchanged for a different size. (based on availability.)
If you have just ordered and have mistakenly entered the wrong size, colour or forgot to mention your apartment number/p.o box in your address, please contact us at support@bubblesandbarbells.ca as soon as possible.
We can't guarantee we can make the changes but we will do our best to make the changes only if your order has not been shipped yet. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive your order and proceed to an exchange. Bubbles & Barbells will be here to assist you but isn't responsible for any additional shipping fees or lost package due to a mistake in the mailing address.
USA
If your order from the United States, you won't have any custom fees or taxes to pay for order below $800.
CANADA
No customs and duties will be charged for Canadians. Only federal and provincial taxes will be at checkout, please refer to your province taxes on goods for more information.
INTERNATIONAL
We are shipping all orders with Canada Post due to their great pricing and efficacy. What’s good with Canada Post is that they have great relationship with pretty much every single country in the world to remove the regular brokerage handling fee and reduce the custom fees.
However, you're still subject to custom fees according to your location. Choosing not to pay the customs fees and send back the package to Bubbles & Barbells means that all shipping cost we covered and additional handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
Please refer to the customs of your country by contacting your local customs office for better approximation of the cost before placing your order.
We know you are excited to get your products, but sometimes the internet takes a while :) Normally you should receive a confirmation within a few minutes of finalizing your order. If you still haven't received an order confirmation with 24 hours, please reach out to support@bubblesandbarbells.ca with your order information and we will do everything we can to assist you.
