Music can make or break a workout. A song can either help push you through the last few reps, or completely kill your vibe.
I don’t know about you, but when I’m working out I NEED good music to jam out to and smash some PR’s (Personal Record). Even when I’m abroad and it’s a travel day, I love just listening to good music and zoning out.
Have you noticed how bad “rap music” is these days? It’s just so much mumbling and it’s just not hype music at all! I find myself always going back to the old stuff that is still so good in my opinion.
